Further strengthening his expertise in banking and financial services, he earned an MBA in Banking and Finance from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (2004). His credentials also include SAP Certification (1998), enhancing his proficiency in financial technology solutions.

With a career spanning wealth management, corporate finance, taxation, and investment advisory, Mr. Pahwa has held leadership roles in various financial and legal organizations. His tenure at SITA World Travels Ltd and N S Kang Advocates & Solicitors refined his expertise in financial planning, corporate taxation, and legal compliance. As Financial Controller at the National Parks Board (1999-2010), he spearheaded strategic financial planning, investment management, and cost optimization initiatives.

Since 2010, as Managing Partner at Finedge Capital Pte Ltd, Mr. Pahwa has advised high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporations, and institutions on investment strategies, wealth preservation, mergers & acquisitions, and capital-raising initiatives. His extensive knowledge and strategic foresight make him a valuable asset in guiding clients towards sustainable financial growth and wealth preservation.
